| Our activities in the Agency Dept can be outlined as follows: |
| Registration of the vessel with Ports and Shipping Organization (PSO) |
| Close contact with cargo shippers/receivers to ensure that the loading/discharging operations is carried out smoothly |
| Arranging for the tally of the cargoes if required by the Principals. |
| Attending to the Master's requirements. |
| Attending to the on/off signing crews. |
| Issuance of all necessary documents including SOF, Bill of Lading, Cargo Manifest, etc. |

Any other service which may be required by the Principal. |
